API Access Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This API Access Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of application programming interfaces (“APIs”) provided by the operator of the Website https://in1t.io and the Telegram Bot https://t.me/in1tbot (hereinafter “We”, “Us”, or the “Company”) to eligible, verified customers.

Our APIs enable approved customers to programmatically access certain features of our platform, such as retrieving market data, placing and managing orders, and accessing account information. API access is considered an extension of our platform and is subject to the same rules, obligations, and regulatory requirements that apply to all users.

This Policy applies to all customers who request, receive, or use API access in connection with our Services.

2. Eligibility for API Access

API access is available only to customers who have:

  • Successfully completed our onboarding and KYC/KYB verification process in accordance with our AML/CFT Policy;
  • Agreed to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this API Access Policy.
  • Satisfied any additional security or compliance requirements we may impose.

We reserve the right to approve or decline API access requests at our sole discretion, based on regulatory, security, or operational considerations.

3. API Credentials and Security

  • Each approved customer will receive API credentials (API key) tied to their verified account.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping their API credentials secure and confidential.
  • Customers must immediately notify us at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized use or compromise of their API credentials.
  • For security reasons, we may require IP whitelisting or other authentication measures.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our APIs:

  • Only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including AML/CFT obligations;
  • Only to access permitted account functions;
  • Without interfering with or degrading the performance of our platform;
  • Without attempting to circumvent security controls, transaction limits, or monitoring mechanisms.
  • In a manner that is transparent, traceable, and auditable upon request.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Using APIs to bypass onboarding, KYC/KYB, or transaction verification requirements;
  2. Executing automated high-frequency transactions designed to evade monitoring or compliance checks;
  3. Using unverified, non-whitelisted, or otherwise prohibited wallet addresses for withdrawals;
  4. Engaging in activities linked to sanctioned jurisdictions, sanctioned persons, PEPs, or prohibited industries;
  5. Sharing API credentials with any third party without our prior written approval;
  6. Reverse-engineering, modifying, or redistributing API code or endpoints.

6. Transaction Monitoring and AML/CFT Compliance

  • All API-initiated transactions are subject to the same AML/CFT screening, sanctions checks, and monitoring rules as user-initiated transactions via our website or mobile app.
  • We may require additional documentation or clarification of transaction purposes before processing API withdrawals.
  • Travel Rule compliance will be enforced where required by law, and customers may need to provide beneficiary and originator information before sending transactions.
  • API activity may trigger Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews where applicable.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate API access at our sole discretion if:

  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
  • You fail to comply with this Policy or other applicable agreements;
  • Required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

8. Liability and Indemnification

We are not liable for any losses resulting from:

  • Unauthorized use of your API credentials;
  • Delays, interruptions, or errors in API service availability;
  • Actions or omissions by you or third parties to whom you have provided API access.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the APIs.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this API Access Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the API after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
